Luke Painter: Pipe Dreams

Leisure Projects is pleased to present a satellite installation of the work of Luke Painter to be exhibited in the foyer of the Regent Theatre for the duration of this years Cinefest-Minifest programme. Luke painter’s looping videos; Pipe Dreams: Atwater, Malibu and Windsor, are a series of architectonic animations, created meticulously in flash. In a gritty flight of fancy, uncanny visions are deconstructed and reconstructed from the urban Montreal landscape.

Luke Painter is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Toronto and is currently represented by Angell Gallery.

Cinefest Picton is a collective that screens alternative films at The Regent Theatre, in Picton Ontario.
